Friday’s Five, may 5

Here are five things I’ve heard this week:

  • Speaking of creative… “He’s so fluffy, I’m gonna die!” — Agnus Gru
  • Continuing the theme… I love how creatively the Lord responds sometimes in our conversations. E.g. As I was walking up the stairs to work yesterday, I continued pestering the Lord about a situation in prayer. I said, “I trust you, I really do. But how much longer do I have to wait? Have mercy on my heart!” I sat down at my desk, clocked in, and open my first email. A pop-up message appears saying:

  • I’ll conclude with… “Trust not because God has offered proof, but because God has shown his face.” –Walter Burghardt
