Wanna hear a great story? Yes, it’s a few years old. (Sigh), but the faithfulness of God in this story keeps me watching and hoping for his movement in this new season. The new season is taking its time–like fall in Birmingham–but I know it’s coming and it will be filled with the same undeniable goodness of God as every other season of my life.
Even A Sparrow is a music and book project that tell a three-year story about learning to trust God’s faithfulness. In a time of pain, disappointment, and nothingness, His faithfulness was demonstrated to my family in love, miracles, and fullness. The musical elements mirror the intimacy and struggle of trusting God, but, also, of the joy and community found in that place. The book tells the full stories behind the summary in the songs.
