Will you take a moment today and say or write out a prayer of thanksgiving for the gift of peace we have in Jesus. It is a pause in this series, letting it all sink in. Grab some bread and juice (whatever you can find) and remember. Remember the peace accomplished on the cross.
But now in Christ Jesus you who were once far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ. For he himself is our peace. Ephesians 2:13-14
Jesus, where do we even begin? You changed everything for us. I don’t want to take it for granted. You are our light, our life. Thank you for the gift of peace. Thank you for standing between us and death in victory! Holy Spirit, teach us to continually live in peace like never before!
