Adoration & Worship
You, Jesus, are our sure foundation, a tried and tested cornerstone. We believe in you! Righteousness and justice are the plumb lines, and we gladly align with you and your ways. Isaiah 28:16-17
Repentance & Confession
Have mercy upon us, O Lord, have mercy upon us; we have had enough of contempt, enough of our ease, enough of our pride. We look to you until you have mercy on us. Psalm 123
Petition (asking for personal needs)
I want my life to be built on you, Jesus, the Cornerstone. Give me wisdom and care to build, so that in the testing and on the Day, you will be glorified. Holy Spirit, remind me each day that I am God’s temple. 1 Corinthians 3:10-17
Intercession (praying for others)
For your church, Lord, help us see that we are members of the household of God, built on you, Jesus, the cornerstone. A whole structure, being joined together, growing into your holy temple. Spirit, by you, we are being built together into a dwelling place for God. Ephesians 2:19-22
Thanksgiving
We open up to you, Jesus, come in, and hear us give thanks to you. Others have rejected you, but we anchor in you. You are our salvation, and it is marvelous in our eyes! This is the day you have made, and we rejoice and are glad in it. Psalm 118:19-24
