December 19, Wisemen
Adoration & Worship
Like the wisemen, Jesus, I fall down and worship you, King of Kings. I open my treasuries, my very life, and offer it to you as a gift, a sacrifice, an extravagant act of worship. You are the one thing needed! Matthew 2:11, Luke 10:42
Repentance & Confession
I turn my eyes from looking at worthless things, Lord, and look to you. I watch for you, to see your signs and wonders. Lead me! Psalm 119:37, Matthew 2:9-10
Petition (asking for personal needs)
You fill all in all, Jesus. I am small, like the town of Bethlehem, but I’m seeking you, I am looking to be filled with you, to be a dwelling place for you. Matthew 2:6, Ephesians 1:23
Intercession (praying for others)
Spirit of wisdom and of revelation, open the eyes of hearts. We want to know Jesus! We want to know the hope of our calling, the riches you have stored in us, and your immeasurably great power towards us. Ephesians 1:17-20
Thanksgiving
All thanks and praise to Jesus, the name above every other name! You came, you died for us, and you are the resurrection! Far above all rule and authority, now and forever. You are the head of your church, and it is perfect leadership. Ephesians 1:21-22
